Occupation: Nurse Cheryl and I were out seeing a movie that evening in Gainesville, FL - The Bodyguard with Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. Dad had either called when we got back, or left a message for me to call him back (I don't recall). I was never a big fan, but because of the timing, subject - and I'll admit it - being a pretty damn good song, I'm reduced to tears thinking of my grandmother and that night whenever I hear the song, "I Will Always Love You" (as performed by Houston). Suffered later stages of Alzheimer’s Disease at time of death. |
